Another sober day which makes 20 days sober! Already feels like Wednesday more like Tuesday in terms of work haha. Had a nice chilled evening tonight though and just have to hold it steady til the weekend. Important thing to remember is that recovery work and staying sober is the absolute priority. As long as I do 20 mins recovery work each day stay sober I'm winning - regardless of what else I'm doing/is happening!

Another sober day - 19 days sober now! Back to work today after the weekend. At home now in the evening and even though work can be ya know...work as at this present moment I am at home relaxing, I want to start just enjoying that whenever it occurs in the present moment, and trying not to worry about work the next day (not that there is loads to worry about at work).

About to watch some more of that Teal Angel video on addiction (it's quite a long vid!). I also made a post in response to someone on this forum here in the sexual addiction section yesterday.

Making an entry a little earlier in the day today! Plan to get stuck into my to do list today and first on my list is recovery work as it should be. There was a brief 30-60 minute window yesterday when my RR dropped to about 78% but I kept myself busy, went for a light jog and made it through the day sober which is fantastic. As part of my recovery work today I am going to watch a bit more of the Teal Angel video on addiction in general.

Saturday today and trying to chill out a bit. My mood has been low over the past week or so, but things at home seem to be resolving themselves somewhat which is leading to my mood uplifting. The key thing is to not act out in response to negative emotions which I haven't done so, which is great. As I've been feeling a bit delicate I am trying to take it easy in terms of working through my to do list. I am today focusing on the basic things like eating/cooking, washing clothes, exercise etc - and apart from that chilling out and just passing the time as enjoyably as possible by watching films, TV, video games, reading books or whatever I fancy doing to pass the time in an enjoyable way. 17 days sober today!

Another sober day - up to 16 days sober now! Seems like I have solidified things after my last relapse and if I can do 20 mins recovery work everyday then I will be able to stay sober! Going to relax and watch a movie tonight. Going to watch a great video by "teal angel" on youtube about addiction in general as part of today's recovery work.
